College loyalty runs deep, and few things unite alumni like cheering for their team. When a university reached out to elevate their VIP supporters’ game day, we got to work crafting something extraordinary.

The plan was clear: Five alumni and their guests would travel in unmatched style to an away game. From the moment luxury cars rolled up to the private terminal, the tone was set. School banners adorned the jet’s cabin, and gift bags filled with team memorabilia awaited—along with a surprise guest: one of the school’s iconic former players. The room lit up as alumni and the legend shared stories, reliving the glory days.

Once in the air, every detail was tailored to perfection—catering matched their preferences, while a flight attendant ensured every moment felt special. Upon landing, private cars whisked the group directly to their suite, where they watched their team secure a thrilling win.

The excitement didn’t stop there. The celebratory return flight became its own event, filled with laughter, cheers, and photos destined for alumni scrapbooks. As one university leader said, “It was more than just a game day—it was a memory they’ll talk about for years.”
