    • The SFF allowed for oversight and approval of travel budgets by the family office CFO, ensuring alignment with the family’s governance standards.

    • By analyzing historical flight data and current needs, HAA recommended the ideal aircraft type for each trip.
    • The family transitioned from relying on 5 aircraft across 6 programs to utilizing 13 aircraft across 4 continents, accommodating 20 travelers in a year while saving costs.
  3. Flexible Solutions:
    • HAA enabled the family to use smaller aircraft for shorter flights and fewer passengers, maximizing cost efficiency.
    • Fleet flexibility was expanded to include helicopters for short regional trips and Boeing Business Jets for family vacations.
  4. Coaching Younger Travelers:
    • The family office implemented budgets and oversight for younger travelers, granting autonomy with guardrails.
    • The SFF provided transparency and control, allowing decisions to be made without constant input from family leaders.
